Job Description

Purpose:

Ensure delivery targets are met by regulating resources.

Balance line to optimize throughput.

Improve efficiency Purpose.

Implement improvement Projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Conduct tier meeting with team leaders

2.Collaborate with planning to proactively mobilize resources for the product line to execute plan.

3.Monitor and Take counter measures to address challenges to achieve delivery targets for the product line.

4.Review PDCA and improve delivery performance of the processes

5.Conduct PDCA for delivery performance of the product line

6 Ensure plan adherence on stage specific OJD..

7.Develop line balancing plan to achieve the desired output.

8.Verify deployment of resources in alignment with line balance plan

9.Monitor OEE of processes and drive actions to improve OEE of bottleneck process

10.Motivate and support team leaders for implementing improvements.

11. Implement improvement projects in the product line to increase line efficiency

12.Standardize and horizontally deploy the improvements across the line.
