Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1.To design Flex / pamphlets / Invitation / Brochures / Posters in Corel Draw.

2. To create new pages for current events in existing website

3. To work on floorplans to support marketing team / mark the selected stalls and update if confirmed.

4. To obtain the approval from competent authority on designs and forward for printing.

5. To follow up and receive the proof for checking before printing.

6. To follow up with Printer and obtain the materials given for printing on time and check the quantity before despatch.

7. To prepare cover design / certificates through Corel Draw software.

8. To prepare Badges, drop boxes, Entry Tickets for exhibitions.

9. To prepare facebook / instagram / whatsapp promos for exhibitors who have booked stalls.

10. Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time.
