Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on cases
assigned.
• Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
• Understanding customer requirements.
• Providing the right customer experience.

Kills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication (English/ Tamil/ Malayalam/Telugu), telephone etiquette, fluency in the regional language and marketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.

Salary: 10K / month + Incentives
