Job Role:
The role of the Customer Coordination Executive is to act as a bridge between the team and the customers. Working primarily with Parents and School kids the role requires patience and politeness in communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communication between Mentors and Parents in session-related scheduling
- Collecting feedback from Parents, Students, and Kids on a regular basis
- Coordinating with Sales executive on Demo classes booking and organizing the same with mentors
- Providing technical support during interruptions in the scheduled online classes
- Maintaining all data gathered including feedback, classes schedule, and attendance.
- Organizing and Communication with the Students for new events, workshops or webinars, etc.,
