Job Description

Job Role:

The role of the Customer Coordination Executive is to act as a bridge between the team and the customers. Working primarily with Parents and School kids the role requires patience and politeness in communication.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Communication between Mentors and Parents in session-related scheduling
  2. Collecting feedback from Parents, Students, and Kids on a regular basis
  3. Coordinating with Sales executive on Demo classes booking and organizing the same with mentors
  4. Providing technical support during interruptions in the scheduled online classes
  5. Maintaining all data gathered including feedback, classes schedule, and attendance.
  6. Organizing and Communication with the Students for new events, workshops or webinars, etc.,
