BMC/CC Operator

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The position holder reports to SM Stores

• He shall be looking after the machine / Equipment Maintenance activities.

• Run the BMC /CC in effective manner.

• Monitoring the liquid level in required level

• Running the process in required temperature

• Maintaining of Glycol in required level

• ETP operation should be maintained as per standard.

• Coordination with Lab / Maintenance to solve the issue.

• Frequently monitoring the compressor efficiency and running performance of BMC

• Maintenance of Electrical, cleaning of condenser/painting if rust

• Daily maintaining the Logbook and send data through SMS.

• PF to be maintain without penalty.

• Maximum demand to be maintained in sanctioned.

• Arranging spares from main plant without affecting the process

Qualification: ITI or Diploma
