Associate – Kitchen Onboarding

Role description
● Northstar: New kitchen and product addition
● We are looking to hire a supply associate who has wide knowledge on food and snacks
and help onboard kitchens to serve our corporate segment
● Explore unique products from various kitchens across the city and onboard the kitchens
as partners
● Discuss commercials with the partner kitchens and arrive at desired product cost
● Increase presence of partner kitchens in various strategic locations in Chennai
● Work with operations team to understand product gaps and onboard kitchens
accordingly
● Develop innovative ways to identify, connect & network with cloud kitchens

Skill Sets required

● Passionate about food and snacks
● Strong analytical skills
● Excellent negotiation and verbal communication skills
● Knowledge about various cuisines and preparation process is a plus
● Familiar with food costing is a plus
● Contacts in restaurants and cloud kitchens a plus
● Motivated to perform and have an exponential growth in the organization

 We would provide a remuneration of 10k to 15k based on candidates profile. The internship period would be for 2 months and on successful completion we would look for hiring the candidates if their work is satisfactory.
