- New Distributors Appointment – Choose Right Persons
- Area Allocation for New distributor – Without dispute
- Explain distributors about our company norms – without wrong commitment
- Proper utilization of Field Assists (retailer data)
- Supporting agent to increase volume.,
- Controlling company assets & outstanding.
- A ensure to Existing distributors good service – without stock out
- Finding more & more outlets for exclusive branding.
- Market Customers feedback & Suggestion Communicate to Next level
- Report to Competitors activity Price, New Products ,New Brands & any
- Daily reporting & expenses to be submitted in time.
- To avoid Unnecessary expenses (Fuel, Primary & Secondary Transport )
- Finally make a route for Profitable
- Responsible for monthly crates account balancing Distributor-wise
- Responsible to tally tray data against volume handled by respective distributor
- Keeping good relationship with distributors & second line dealers and retailers
- Maintaining all MSO/MCO list where Distributors/Dealers are supplying
- Maintain all Distributors/Dealers /Outlets personal address/personal contact phone numbers
- Competitor play and information as per standard frequency and format to be shared
- Reports as per frequency and standard format to be shared
Qualification: Any Arts & Science Degree
